Refund policy

Every Zoom Tan Apparel piece is printed when you order it.

If something’s wrong

Email us within 30 days of delivery at apparel@zoomtan.com if:

• the print is defective
• the item arrived damaged
• we sent the wrong item or the wrong size from what you ordered

We’ll reprint it or refund you. You shouldn’t have to pay to send a bad order back.

If it was printed and shipped as ordered

These are made for you when you order, so we generally can’t take a correctly printed piece back. That includes a change of mind or a size you ordered that doesn’t fit the way you hoped.

How refunds work

If we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Banks can take several business days to show it.
